Terms and Conditions

Jump In Fidalgo!, as a Political Action Committees (PAC), adheres to specific terms and conditions as required by Washington State.

Jump In Fidalgo! has been established to support initiatives that align with our mission to sustain and secure our vital community resource. Contributions will be used to support Fidalgo Pool & Fitness Center by promoting political advocacy and support of related ballot initiatives.

 

Registration Requirements

Jump In Fidalgo! is registered with the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) since we raise and spend money to promote Fidalgo Pool & Fitness Center and influence its ballot initiatives. This includes both monetary and in-kind contributions.

 

Eligibility

Participation is open to any individuals who support the PAC's objectives.

 

Contributions

All contributions are reported according to the WA State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) as required by law.

 

Expenditures

Funds will be used for organizational expenses e.g., banking, website, campaign materials, advertising, and other promotional activities as permitted by law. Expenditures are documented and reported as required by the PDC.

 

Compliance

The PAC is governed by the State of WA and adheres to all statutes affecting political action committees. Regular audits are conducted to ensure compliance with these terms.

 

Campaigning and Attribution

Communications made by the PAC include sponsorship identification indicating the PAC’s role. This legal requirement is crucial for maintaining transparency and accountability in political messaging.
